DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas (Tier-3 cities & rural): 7–10 business days
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement
• Deliveries happen Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

SHIPPING CHARGES
• FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499
• Flat ₹49 shipping on orders below ₹499
• COD (Cash on Delivery) available on all orders across India at no extra charge

DELIVERY COVERAGE
We deliver to all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India 
including metro cities, Tier-2, and Tier-3 locations.

website to track your delivery in real time.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are 
  correct at checkout. TruBazar is not responsible for 
  delays caused by incorrect address details.
• In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partner 
  will try up to 3 times before returning the package.
