RETURN ELIGIBILITY
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery date
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• All original tags and accessories must be included
• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 2: Share your Order ID and reason for return
Step 3: Send clear photos of the product and packaging
Step 4: Our team will confirm pickup within 24–48 hours
Step 5: Refund or replacement processed after we receive 
             the returned item

REFUND PROCESS
• Prepaid orders: Refund credited to original payment method 
  within 5–7 business days after return is received
• COD orders: Refund transferred via UPI/bank transfer 
  within 5–7 business days
• Replacement available as an alternative to refund

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED?
If you received a wrong or damaged product, we will arrange 
an immediate replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
